"We arrived at the Hilton on the 18th, around afternoon. The front desk lady was terrible. All though it wouldn't hurt to greet customers with a smile or even with a Welcome, this lady was very dismissive.
The soap dispenser was broken. Bathroom wasn't clean. We had to explicitly ask to clean our bathroom since room service has to be requested. The cleaner simply replaced towels but never cleaned the bathroom.
A couple of staffs, the lady at the breakfast/restaurant who was working on the 19th...

"The stay was great. I would recommend it for anyone to stay. The breakfast was good and people was very friendly. Very safe place to stay. The room were comfy but didn't like we had ask for a refrigerator it took forever to cool and had to go down stairs to use the microwave to heat food. The bathroom were quite small. The staff was professional at all times."

"Had a one night stay at this establishment, it looked like a nice hotel from the outside. Once I got to my room there were lights not working, there was no body wash in dispensers, no towels, or wash cloth, the AC was busted and the cleaning staff came to room 2 hours before check out trying to clean saying we had to leave, when I told them check out is 11. This stay spoiled entire night. "

"We got 2 rooms. Our first room smelled like mj. the second was fine. When we went to take a shower the metal holder for the shower head was broken so you had to hold it up yourself to rinse off. Wasn't about to switch rooms again at that point. Ok stay for the most part. Breakfast was good."
