"Excellent staff across the board — friendly, English-speaking, and genuinely attentive. Early check-in after a long transatlantic journey was a small miracle and much appreciated. Room was comfortable if not exceptional. Solid choice for Reims.

"Paid in advance for the room but when we arrived staff announced there was a e100 deposit for the room. They refused to give a room key until this was paid, they then refused to release the monies until the room had been cleaned. If the hotel needs to do this to their guests I shudder to think what type of guest they are getting there. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were welcoming. The rooms are small but adequate. It’s a charming little hotel, just a 10–15 minute walk to the city center and very close to the stadium. Great location overall.

"Goed gelegen. Comfortabele en schone kamer met een heerlijke douche. Vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel. Goed ontbijt. Het kraantje in de WC werkte helaas niet, maat dat is niet onoverkomelijk. "

"The property is fine to stay for a quick overnight trip. The staff were nice. Unfortunately, the rooms weren’t in the best conditions with broken fixtures around the room. The location is right off the city center, which is great if you enjoy the night life of Reims. It was very loud due to many people partying until about 2-3am. The breakfast was fine. It’s better to find a cafe nearby. "
