"Ehh this stay was ok. This definitely was not the embassy suites that I am used to. The hotel is very outdated. There are so many rooms that I feel like house keeping has to rush to get them all done. As I found several pieces of glass on the floor in front of microwave and next to the toilet. "We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very family friendly! Breakfast is very good! There are a lot of breakfast items to choose from! The gym is a plus, it’s 24 hours! It also has a sky bridge which is connected to the Convention Center and that is why we chose this hotel overall! I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Indianapolis!"

"Wonderful location in the heart of downtown. Service was outstanding throughout stay with additional praise for the valet and check-in. Rooms were large and very accommodating with outstanding views."

"Smelled amazing. Seemed like there was a nice food service area at one point that went unutilized. Was under the impression breakfast was included but was not (provided for a fee). Bed was very comfortable and it was great having a balcony. Parking was easy. Front desk concierge very polite."

I appreciate the early check in which was awesome, and the rooms were clean enough the cleaning crew left behind a coffee lid under the bed which wasn’t a huge deal but in my mind I wondered what else they missed and I questioned the quality of the cleaning.
