There were far too many stairs and level changes to navigate in order to reach the room, and very little assistance was offered to my wife and me. We were told to “take the elevator, and it’s only a few steps to your room,” but that was completely inaccurate. "Area safe, clean, and walkable. The building, an upgraded 70's style hotel, had two enclosed courtyards, (one had a pool). Visitor access to the lobby computer/printer/scanner. Vending machines, snacks sold in lobby, dedicated reading area with calming music. A+ for this category hotel."

"The Corte Madera property is really nice and the location for value is perfect. It is a great location for a one night stay but the pool, basketball court and putting green make it great for kids and families too. Lots to do close by! Staff was great! Would stay again for sure"

"I was skeptical because the price was so low, but I booked a couple of rooms for a long weekend and was really impressed. The check in was quick, staff friendly, and the rooms were very clean. The grounds were well maintained. The only thing was that the hot tub was not in service, but it was absolutely fine since its not really the time of year for that anyway. Also, if you are looking for a full breakfast, you will be disappointed, but a nice snack to tide you over is what is available and...

"This is a wonderful recently renovated property. I loved the Surf theme and there was everything I need for a very comfortable nights stay. I arrived at check in time, 3pm, so parking was not an issue but I will say parking is tight with few spaces. It worked great for me as the beach parking was full so parked here and walked the few minutes to the beach. "
