"Me encantó la estancia en Catalina Tropical Lodge. Desde que llegamos se notó la atención al detalle y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Llegamos de noche y el guardia ya nos estaba esperando con la llave lista; incluso nos acompañó a la habitación y nos mostró un poco de las instalaciones. Algo que me gustó mucho fue la vista por la mañana, ya que por la altura en la que se encuentra el hotel se logra ver el mar entre la vegetación. También me encantó el jabón de manos de lavanda y vainilla....

"BEWARE!!!!!! 3 hours before my check-in time, I contacted the host for check-in instructions (it's an apartment, not a hotel with reception). The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place wanted cash. After confirming that I got the refund, she said 'ok so I don't owe you anything, you're on your own finding a room, I'm not going to do it'. Wasted a day of my vacation trying to find a...

"The place itself was really nice and has alot of room for a big group, i gave it 3 stars for the area because it was under construction but orther than that everything was super nice"

"It has a nice view and good food, also the lady was nice all the time. We had some issues with the reservation because they said I only had one room but I reserved 2. Also, the rooms were kind of hot and not AC, but we opened the windows and couldn't sleep because of frogs and dog noises all night. They have a big dog there, and also mosquitos. "
