"Excellent accueil. Hôtel tranquille et confortable, bien situé et proche du centre du Puy en Velay. En montant un peu (évidemment) une "petite coulée verte", ancienne voie de chemin de fer, vous invite à la promenade à pied et en vélo sur quelques dizaines de km. Petit déjeuners copieux à base de produits locaux (exceptés le thé et le café). Hôtel à recommander sans réserve."

"This is an absolutely stunning and magical place ! We had the impression to really be transported back in time and live in a real castle. And Amélie is lovely, the garden beautiful. Besides the entire village is wonderful and well worth the stop! Come you will not regret it!"

"I booked inclusive of breakfast and when it came to pay he said that it was not inclusive and that I had to contact you after paying the extra. I disagreed and told him to contact you and that I would pay the 70 euros agreed. He refused became very agressive and threatened me , and then said he would call the police whixh I agreed to . I said again that I would pay the 70 euros which again he refused so I said I would therefore pay nothing so left without paying. It was a very traumatic...
