"A nicely decorated hotel, certainly not luxury but lovely. My room wasn't great, no balcony as advertised, the view was another wall and smell coming in from the restaurant downstairs. Despite it all, the real luxury in this hotel are the people working there, everyone, from the porter to the reception guys to the breakfast lady, were so nice and considerate that made my stay the best I could have. I felt safe and taken care of, which is something you want when solo travelling. Thanks Royal...

"Exceptional. This is probably the best hotel we have stayed at in over 40 years of travelling. The suites are huge and immaculate. The service is wonderful from breakfast to the turn down service in the evening with fruit and chocolates. The staff are all friendly and helpful in arranging taxis , the airport pickup and the hammam.
