"This a is a stunning, beautiful property in a great location! The check in went well. The staff were friendly and helpful with the check in. We ordered food to eat in our lodge. The restaurant is not accessible for people with mobility difficulties. The staff offered to have my elderly guest wheeled in to the back of the restaurant for morning breakfast. The property switched staff that afternoon and things went downhill. We were having difficulty opening and locking the front door to our lodge....

"Our stay at Eden Lodge was horrible and the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. There was no power on in hotel as the generator is only turned on at 6.00pm and the staff were using a torch to try and find our booking. We booked and paid 6 weeks before our stay but the reception had no record of our booking and payment when we tried to book in. Our booking details and payment were only confirmed the next morning. The trainee receptionist was clueless and had a serious case of body odour. Her...

"While the house itself is nice, the hosts and description fails to mention the length and condition of the road to access this cottage. You need a car with high clearance it was 5 km from the tarred road. We had rented a car and sustained damage to it as such the place was inaccessible to us. The hosts were unable to take any responsibility for their false advertising and refused to provide even a partial refund. When we went to the mechanic and the to a different accommodation we were told...
