Lovely hotel, staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, particularly appreciated a beautiful open fire being lit for us on a chilly night. All the staff were helpful but a particular shout out to Natasha and Winfrey. The resident cat was also very friendly and sweet. Thoroughly recommend Pine Tree Inn if visiting this beautiful part of Zimbabwe.

The location and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. If you are looking for time out, this is the place to stay, amazing. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Menu options were good and prices not bad. Will definitely stay here again and bring family and friends. Recommend the hotel updates its website pictures, there is so much more to show. Please improve the instructions hiking and mountain climbing.

This is a lovely old fashioned inn in a beautiful setting, within easy reach of Nyanga sites. The service was excellent and very friendly with fires and a cosy old fashioned bar.
