Mangaung Hotels with Air Conditioning

"OUTSIDE is unkempt, hardly looks like a hotel. old paint,old everything. Water just flows on the pavements. Cant tell if its sewer water or what its a bad picture for a hotel. There was no safe in my room but online they claim to have a safe in every room. Inside is better. The name of the hotel is not visible. Wifi terrible, does not work most of the day when it works very very slow.. Receiving calls a nightmare. The phones inside the rooms hardly work. Catering staff very good. Room cleaners...
