Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive

"It’s a very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained- not perfect but we had a great time. Lots of things to do. Plenty of food to choose from, good entertainment and multiple swimming options. I was disappointed with the beach as it is very rocky and shallow. However next door in nicer beach but you need a Privilege access. ;-( Lazy river was a great extra fun activity and so was bowling- most places I have been to don’t have that. Staff were mostly friendly but I would say they need some more training to be on the level of other resorts staff- courtesy and friendliness is necessary when working in hospitality jobs- simple smile goes a long way. The drive from the MBJ airport was not too long because the hotel is located in Falmouth so only 45 minutes comparing to other Ocho Rios Hotels- but the drive immediately before entering hotel is horrendous-driving through some side/ residential roads full of wholes and speed bumps- it’s pretty bad. Overall we had a good time with family/friends and would come back."

Excellence Oyster Bay - Adults Only All Inclusive

"This is my second time visiting Excellence oyster bay and the goal of this trip was relaxation and I was able to do just that ! From arrival I was greeted with smiles and helpful staff Nakoya checked us in and was super welcoming and answered all of our questions The room was clean and well maintained the amenities were great The main lobby bar was always a good time Whew Dennis , Steven and Christopher made the best drinks and kept the energy going all night I had the best massage at the Miile spa and Megan provided my service her hands were magical. The one thing I felt could have been better was the food . When you go to an island or country you expect to experience the foods of their culture and unfortunately that’s where they dropped the ball for me. The buffet food was the only “authentic” Jamaican food available which was still mediocre. No traditional fruits such as coconut, sugar cane, etc even if they had it by the beach. I had to leave the resort to access those items. Overall the trip was great"

"I was pleasantly surprised to see the newly renovated and upgraded property in my hometown! It’s a beautiful, clean space. The rooms boast modern contemporary amenities, I only wish that the mattress was a bit softer! Breakfast was great, staff were excellent, helpful and accommodating! The entrance and exit was an issue due to factors outside of the hotel’s control. However, the security staff was quite patient and assured us that this is temporary and that hotel mgmt. is working a new entrance/exit. We have recommended this hotel to family and friends and we will definitely be back!"

"Clean room. Missing a microwave. Would be nice to have one. Staff was affable. Wifi wasn't working too well. Don’t like the steep drive in entrance. Good little drive away from the main road. When I arrived and while being at the property I didn’t see an opened bar. Overall, beautiful place."

"quiet secluded place not near any walkable market/restaurants. staff was nice dont bother you at all unless you need help with something. room was quite spacious alot spacious actually (solo traveler). only down fall was that the cloth on the head board of the bed was worn out. great view beautiful neighborhood."
