"Everything and everyone was wonderful. Only complaint was when we were on our way to buffet one restaurant suggested we come into theirs. Server was nice but the lady who made the omelette had an attitude so we left. The woman at the buffet who made the omelette was excellent !!!"

"Everything here was great except for the room cleanliness on arrival and the check-in process. Check-in is for 3 PM, but at 3PM my room was not ready. At 3:20 PM, my room still was not ready. At that point, I went to go eat at the buffet and returned at 4:30 PM to which my room was finally ready. When I got to my room I noticed the floor was not clean. It felt dirty walking on the floor, like grainy and make the bottom of your feet dirty. The tub was dirty as well. There were brown stains in the tub. Of course, considering my room wasn’t even ready until well over the time of check-in. I was shocked at the state of the room."

"We stayed one night while visiting Mandeville and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and felt very secure, which was important to us. Although our stay was short, everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed it. I had the Caesar salad, my husband had the jerk chicken, and we both enjoyed cocktails. The food and service were excellent, and we had no complaints. Breakfast was geared toward local cuisine, and the staff kindly made an exception for us, which we appreciated. We also noticed the hotel has a fitness center and other amenities that we didn’t have time to use during our overnight stay. Overall, the staff was welcoming, the property was well maintained, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Mandeville."

"Stayed for 4 weeks. Right next door to Jake’s and Jack Sprat. This is a smaller hotel and it was very quiet. For most part it’s like no one else was there, so my daughter and I got the place to ourselves. I liked the quiet and tranquility. My daughter wanted the opposite, so we made friends with the locals and my daughter played with there kids. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool, at the beach and exploring locally. We were also able to get our hair braided by off duty employee at a great price. Lots of food choices (pricey but good). I will definitely be returning."
