"We had a clean room with comfortable beds and a surprisingly large bathroom. Lying in bed, we could see the spire of the Abbey! Check-in before the walkway was smooth, and they allowed us in about an hour early. We also took the option to pay additionally for late checkout. There was coffee and tea in the room for morning and ample extra bedding and pillows. The staff was extremely helpful and kind during both checkin and checkout."

"Gute Lage, nur kurze Fahrt zum Michi. Großer kostenfreier Parkplatz vorm Hotel. Super nettes Personal mit hervorragenden Tipps. Wir sind mitten in einer Hitzewelle angereist und hatten einen leistungsstarken Ventilator im Raum, der bereits auf mittlerer Stufe eingestellt war. Perfekt! Wir empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter und werden hier beim nächsten Mal wieder übernachten. Vielen Dank!"

"First of all the hotel should provide a "hotel-run" shuttle dedicated to guests from the parking lot directly to the Mont's entrance. Even with minimal luggage, it was incredibly inconvenient to walk from the bus drop-off to the Gate and then on the cobblestone street up to the hotel !! Secondly, to access our reserved room, we had to go through a maze of stairs, outside on the rampart, through some room being repaired & then again down some more stairs.... For a so-called "high-class" hotel,...

"Personnelles agreables et disponible. Chambre et salle de bain petite et vetuste, l'insonorisation n'est pas super... ⚠️ pas de parking, il faut trouver une place de parking (payant) au alentours. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon je le recommande."

"We arrived at 12 am in the morning and we couldn’t make the payment through the machine. We had to contact the staff and it took about 15 minutes for the manager to arrive to help us. The vending machine was broken, so we couldn’t get any water. I will not recommend this property."
