"Lovely hotel great views nice staff"

"Staying overnight at Mont st Michel was a once in a lifetime experience. I would not advise staying on the island to those who are not able to physically climb a whole lot of stairs, those who are heat intolerant (if the weather forecasts a heatwave) or to those who do not enjoy shuttle buses. Not only are there a lot of stairs to get to the hotel, our hotel had no elevator to our 3rd or 4th floor room. This is typical for much of Europe but would be excessive for someone with any health...

"Workers readying for the day begin at 5:30 am or so and are extremely noisy. Their carts rumble over the cobblestones right outside the window. Better to stay at a hotel higher up on the mount."

"First of all the communication for the parking was extremely poor. The property is poorly maintained and even though the sheets and towels were clean, the floor and walls were dirty. The breakfast room was filled with flies."

"It was a place to lay our heads. Beds were rock hard, no toiletries except liquid soap. We bought the breakfast which was pretty poor. But we were here to see the Abby and it was a great location and the bus stopped right out front."

"This old building was so unique! The room was standard and had everything you would need. Breakfast was regal, even at an additional cost. It’s close to Mount St Michele and the street it’s on had plenty of things to walk and see or do. Parking was a bonus. Well worth the stay! The only not awesome thing was the traffic noise (because it was warm so we left the windows open) and the bar didn’t seem open. I would totally stay here again!"

"Lots of stairs! The host was very friendly and helpful. Getting in and out after hours was a bit tricky with stairs, etc, but the rooms were very comfortable, clean, and modern amenities. Lots of birds outside which made it a bit challenging to sleep. All in all great experience."

"We had an amazing time at the Chateau! The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The room was clean, well-furnished and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and it was lovely to chat with the other guests at the hotel. But the real difference maker were the hosts, Pascale and Philippe, who were so friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back and visit again in the future! A small note to the hotel - the highest floor room does get hot in 28-30 degree Celsius + weather,...

"Personnelles agreables et disponible. Chambre et salle de bain petite et vetuste, l'insonorisation n'est pas super... ⚠️ pas de parking, il faut trouver une place de parking (payant) au alentours. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon je le recommande."
