"The Ermitage Hotel at Mont Saint Michel is an amazing and charming place! We loved the hotel and its people. Starting with Jean-Marc, the concierge, who immediately contacted us. Jean-Marc is a fantastic and smart tour guide with incredible history knowledge who took us to the most beautiful towns and landmarks. Then, Vincent, who works at the hotel restaurant. "The place was nice and the check in easy! There was a list ont he door and the key was in the apartment. It could be better sound proof, as you can hear everything. Very happy with the stay. Nice outdoor sea for the kids."
