"Room could have been cleaned a bit better. Also room was for four people. Only blankets and pillows were on the bed. None for the pull out couch.only one shampoo and conditioner. Just had to ask for everything that’s usually there. Other than little things like that it was nice! Bed was super comfortable and breakfast exceeded my expectations. Pool was beautiful as well! Would definitely stay again."

"Got to my room toilet was stopped up. No problem plumber came in ten minutes. Next I noticed opened bottles of water half full. Call down to desk again and told them , and not to charge me for bottled water. Than I looked around and notice tat the bathroom has a rust problem. I expected better out of Westin. Will never stay at one again. Too many hotels at the same price in the Dulles airport area"
