I arrived with my family at 2am. Although we had a prepaid booking and it showed in the hotel’s system, the front desk was unable to give us a room for over an hour. We were even sent to another room that had someone sleeping in it and we woke them up at nearly 3am. Also the breakfast staff is not very pleasant at all and very strict with the end time, shutting the door on those that did not make it in before the 9.30 sharp closing time. And even 15 minutes before closing time, there was no more milk even for cereal and when asked for milk, the staff said no be use they were closing soon. We even witnessed a big fight that evolved into three different ones involving discontent guests not allowed access to breakfast. The hotel manager had to intervene.
The place itself is fine, but it was probably the worst hotel experience ever in my case, starting with having to wait for an hour in the middle of the night after a long flight to check in, for a prepaid reservation and young children with me…
