"Staff very friendly with easy check in. Although Broad Street noisy at night sound proofing great.,Room had everything you need. Plenty of tea bags milk etc. one small comment sink very low and poor lighting in bathroom. Shower was great 😃"

"We recently had a one night stay. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom didn't have a bath, just a walk in shower which was suitable for our needs. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which were both of good standard with pleasant, helpful staff. The only disappointing aspect of out stay was that the windows had the type of discreet glass in that you'd have in a bathroom, hence absolutely no view what so ever! If we were going to stay more than one night we would have requested a change of room especially having paid above our budget for an executive room."

"Got there late evening, parked outside. Friendly receptionist. Room was what you would expect for that price but it was clean and bed was comfortable enough although dated. Being able to get something to eat late at night in the services a short walk away is a plus. As a stop off when travelling would stay there again."

"We had a wonderful stay and such a lovely time with the family. The staff were polite, friendly and very considerate, which made us feel really welcome. The room was comfortable, with a lovely, comfy bed and a great-sized TV. Everything smelled fresh and lovely too, which was a really nice touch. We started our day with a delicious breakfast and left feeling happy and with a smile on our faces. 😊 A lovely hotel with great service — we would definitely stay again!"
