"Worst staff ever. So rude. The cuban woman was ghetto. Lucia at check in didn’t even greet us. No valet, we had to unload and park our own car after a 7 hour drive. We found a different hotel after the first night. The restaurant was also less than mediocre. I would not stay here again and would recommend others find somewhere else.’plenty of options "

"We were waking up at 7:30 am with a terrible noise coming from the AC, they took like an hour to come to the room and stayed in our room fixing the problem like 1 1/2 hrs. We got into the room at 5:00 am and we were trying to have a good rest that we couldn’t because the annoying noise. We complained with front desk and nothing was done. "

Just like the beautiful stretch of naturist beach the vibe is peaceful and relaxing. The hotel accommodations are perfect and the staff will make every effort to make your stay a memorable one. If you are having any hesitation I would not pass this one up. You won’t be disappointed."

"El lugar es hermoso, pero el hotel tiene muchos años y le falta mucho mantenimiento. Los tapetes se nota que no los cambian hace años. LAs sabanas y las toallas se ven transparentes del uso. Ojala lo administrara una multinacional. "
