"シャワーの水量は少ない。レストランは普通に安くて便利。5時am頃ホテルを出発。空港シャトルサービスは4時の次は6時。私達の出発時間とはタイミングが合わなかったのでウーバーで行きました。好きな時間に、たとえ夜中でもつかまりそうでした。空港から4分くらいで、とても近くて安いのでシャトルサービス利用できなくても全然大丈夫でした。"

"When we checked in, the AC was not cooling, the bathroom mirror light was not working. They could not fix either of the two issues. They did not have spare bulb for the light. They tried to work on the AC and could just get it to work with minimum cooling which was not enough for Sri Lankan weather. There wasn't a single soap or other toiletries kept in the room. Had to search for the staff to get some soap bars. We stayed for 5 days and the there was no Housekeeping even for a single day. The...
