"I have done a lot of travelling and I have never received the level of care and service to that we had here. Every single staff member was incredible. Special shoutout goes to Hector who went above and beyond in so many ways. He helped us change our dates outside of the designated window, rebooked our bus tickets, and was so kind and considerate. I cannot say enough about him. Beyond the staff, the place is well maintained and quaint. We loved our stay so much. "
