"El servicio al cliente fue excelente, excepto el Spa. Ayer fuimos 4 personas ( buenos clientes) pero el personal no fue amable, no saluda, mi masaje no se si fue muscular o de relajación. Se acabo el masaje, ofrecieron el turco o el sauna, pero ni siquiera alguien me dijo donde era. Hoy preferimos ir al Hilton para los masajes. "I loved my stay here, with beach access, great food, and beautiful pools. I had an adjoining room on both of my stays here. Both times I had a lot of noise from the hotel guests n this rooms. So loud, that it seemed like the door was wide open. Both times young babies were crying during the night and during the day. Also, I found the process of getting a pool towel and filtered water to be cumbersome. Bar service was poor in the pool areas. "

"The property had stunning views of the ocean, with all the bells and whistles of outdoor furniture. The pool does not have anti slip strips on stairs though and I fell hard on my spine. I wrote up a statement as requested and never heard a word from them. Not even a follow up on how I was feeling. When reported, they said they would view pool cameras. 5 hours later I went down and they handed me a pen and paper and told me write what happened.
