Worst part they are not refunding me, because they are still not answering the phone or email. I repeat it’s a FRAUD. "

"Staff was amazing and they made my stay memorable. Felt like a family environment which made me feel safe. You can easily walk to restaurants and bars. The Exito thats 3 minutes walking was a huge help for anything you need. I will say that my room was pretty hot even with the A/C on and windows open so keep that in mind. "
