"Nice hotel with Beautiful view of the sunset. Unfortunately breakfast was far below average. Limited selection and very bland. I have stayed in many lower cost hotels with far better breakfasts. "

"El servicio al cliente fue excelente, excepto el Spa. Ayer fuimos 4 personas ( buenos clientes) pero el personal no fue amable, no saluda, mi masaje no se si fue muscular o de relajación. Se acabo el masaje, ofrecieron el turco o el sauna, pero ni siquiera alguien me dijo donde era. Hoy preferimos ir al Hilton para los masajes. Un poco mas caro, pero la atención fue mucho mejor del cielo a la tierra"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff at the pool and restaurant were amazing—very friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to Kenzo for his excellent customer service and attention to guests. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!"

"The property had stunning views of the ocean, with all the bells and whistles of outdoor furniture. The pool does not have anti slip strips on stairs though and I fell hard on my spine. I wrote up a statement as requested and never heard a word from them. Not even a follow up on how I was feeling. When reported, they said they would view pool cameras. 5 hours later I went down and they handed me a pen and paper and told me write what happened. I spent the rest of my time there bed ridden and suffered major discomfort. Pool needs signage and safe entrance out in place and staff and management need to take a course on hospitality "

"Wonderful staff, especially Paula, Maria and the girl with the curly hair (sorry didn’t get your name) at the front desk. Hotel isn’t located in the best area, but ok walking during the daylight. Could definately use more variety at breakfast and more pool loungers. Cleaning staff do a great job, keep everything spotless."
