"Service in the restaurant was absolutely terrible. The staff did not take my order or bring me bills. I had to get up and ask specifically each time for help. The front desk team was not much better. Nice facilities but awful service. "

"The rooms have no sound barriers. You can hear every vehicle that passes in front of the hotel and everyone walking down the hall. The key cards on worked once and then we had to keep going to the font desk to have them reactivated. The ocean view was spectacular!"

"This was an amazing hotel. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Restaurant on site but unfortunately wasn’t open on sundays, which is when we stayed there. About a mile walk to town but easy to get a taxi. Would definitely stay there again. Very clean."

"I enjoyed this hotel; it looks bland from the outside but is architecturally really interesting within: boutique-y, apparently involving old shipping containers, and there is great art on the walls. Neighborhood has some good food. Didn't look at any shops."

"Fundamentally this hotel has a lot to offer in terms of its location, and the bed was comfy / restaurant was decent, but overall we were very disappointed with the rooms, which are basically portakabins with super thin walls, cracked floorboards, lukewarm showers and no charm. The restaurant staff were all pretty unfriendly too. By far the worst value for money of anywhere we stayed in Patagonia. "
