Very good place to stay in Punta Arenas. Amaysing views from the main room. Excellent customer service, only 3 blocks from the main square. You won’t go wrong with this choice.

One of the best places we stayed in during our trip. The condo where we stayed in was new, well furnished and equiped and impeccably clean. There also small gestures of courtesy to make as feel like home like free packs of tea and coffee in the kitchen. Extremely helpful owner - he not only stored our luggage after the check out time, but also helped us with something that is completely out of his responsibilities - the communication with the local mobile data provider. Absolutely recommend the place, definitely would choose it again when in Punta Arenas.

Ótima opção em Punta Arenas

Passamos apenas 1 noite em Punta Arenas e este local foi perfeito. O hotel é estilo bem familiar, apenas 6 casas. Tem uma sala / cozinha e banheiro no andar de baixo e 2 quartos no andar de cima. Tudo muito limpo e prático. Gostamos muito da estadia.

Parking was right in front of the units but getting up and down the hill was a little rough. Given this city it was very good. Managers extremely friendly, good English, and nearly new facility. In my opinion they were over the top on housekeeping. Brand new soap(good sized bar), shampoo, and towels every day. Great place at good price!

Muito satisfeito.

Trata-se de um hotel no estilo cabana, ao inves de serem quartos padroes de hotel, sao cabanas independentes. Todas contam com cozinha completa, aquecimento, toalhas, kit banho e tudo mais. E contam tambem com servico de limpeza/arrumacao diária. Os donos, que sao os proprios recepcionistas sao extremamente gentis e cortes para ajudar com as necessidades. O hotel fica proximo ao centro, cerca de 10 minutos caminhando em direcao unica. A unica ressalva que deve ser feito é em relacao a chegada ao hotel, que possui uma subida bem acentuada, nada demais, como uma subida de uns 50/100 metros, porém para pessoas com dificuldade em subir é algo que deve ser pensado.

Próximo ao centro e do Mirante da cidade

Imóvel novo, com cozinha completa, facilitando preparo de refeições. Bom próximo do centro, cerca de 10 minutos a pé aos restaurantes. Mercado próximo, cerca de 15 minutos a pé, só se prepare para a subida na volta. Vista incrível do estreito de Magalhães. Os donos é que cuidam do estabelecimento, e são super solícitos. Rípio na frente do imóvel, e necessita um pouco de manobras para o estacionamento.

The property is in a great location and the family running it are outstanding. They made our stay very nice and comfortable. We were there over Christmas and they even gave us a lit up tree to have in the condo as well as brought us Christmas gifts of chocolates and cookies. They could not have been more lovely! Our stay was fantastic and we would HIGHLY recommend a stay in this awesome property.

Clean spacious apartment. Nice view of rooftops and the sea from second floor bedroom. Not right in center of town but certainly walkable to center and restaurants. Parking right in front of apartment within gate. Wifi not that good.
