"This hotel was as described, clean, stylish and in a great location. The staff made it excellent with all reception staff speaking Spanish & English. The room was compact but had everything necessary. The hotel also had very tasty and reasonably priced food, especially the menu of the day. It was an easy walk to the sea front. I was very pleased with the value for money. "

"The location of the hotel is excellent and the neighborhood seemed very safe. The Punta Arenas seaside is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The wifi in the hotel was practically non-existent. The air-conditioner in the hotel was non-functional. At night they used to switch on the heater so high that sleeping was very difficult. We had to open the window at night from the second day onwards even though it was quite cold outside. We had to risk catching cold over not being able to sleep at all...
