"really enjoyed the hotel. Nice interior, and the room had everything needed for comfort and convenience- towels, robes, slippers, a kettle and coffee maker, a fridge. Good toiletries and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed with lovely bedding. I especially loved the high ceilings. The room was warm and cosy. Delicious breakfast, one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had, with Ukrainian dishes like syrniki and pancakes, fish. Very fresh and tasty. The service was pleasant; the reception staff and housekeeping were so polite and kind. I really did love it. Thank you for your work. Sometimes you choose a hotel and it’s much worse in reality, but yours exceeded my expectations.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"Welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful building and warm and cosy room whilst outside temperature was far below zero. Very comfortable pillows and a great bed. Very quiet over night so slept undisturbed. Great collection of choices for breakfast and view over the town centre from the restaurant. Plenty of parking space available. The hotel has it's own power supply and heating. There is also a shelter below the ground floor. Highly recommended hotel. Very close to the centre of the town. "
