"Wir hatten ein wunderbares verlängertes Wochenende im Resort Collina d’Oro. Die Lage oberhalb von Lugano ist traumhaft – ruhig, mitten im Grünen und mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und den See. Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und bot eine sehr gute Auswahl an frischen Produkten. Auch die Restaurantküche ist empfehlenswert – regionale Spezialitäten in hoher Qualität. "Excellent stay. Gorgeous property, service is world class. Made our entire stay - highly recommend. I looked at several other luxury hotels in Lugano and so glad I chose this one. The view is truly unbelievable. We stayed in the panoramic room and it was amazing, we didn’t even want to leave the room. The fine dining restaurant was tremendous, best meal we had during our stay. 5 stars "

"It was a beautiful stay for us. The hotel is in a really nice location, personnel is polite and friendly, breakfast was also very good. The only observation is that many areas and furniture look very old, and like they are on their last days of usability. I imagine soon they will need to go under big renovations "

"Was an issue, but I couldn't define adequately the reason. During the booking, I don't remember to have the option to change the age of my kid. I came early and alone to do the check in and receive the key. When we arrive late in the night, the booking was done for under 1 year old (she is 11) so just one bed was in the bedroom. They offer option to resolve and that's a good point, but the error could be in the website, or the hotel options. But definitively, the location was great to visit...
