"We had a great stay in Wroclaw and the hotel was great in many ways. However, we had not been alerted to the fact that renovations were being done on the rooms in the 5th floor. Yet, we were still assigned a room immediately below the one that was being renovated. For 2 out of the 3 mornings, we were woken up at 7:00am with loud released noise and pounding on the ceiling. We complained but nothing was done about it except to tell us that they were renovating. Interestingly the noise seemed to...

"One of my favourite hotel in Wroclaw. Very friendly staff, quiet rooms, walkable distance to Old Town and Train Station. Room was spotless. I love breakfast with many healthy options and variety of food. Definitely I will comeback soon! "

"The location is unbeatable, site seeing and stunning architecture, beautiful history right out your front door. The room and facilities were meticulous. Easy walking to the beautiful bridges of Wroclaw, the University district and more. The steam room and saunas were a perfect wrap up at the end of the day, particularly with the night sky over the relaxation room. Catching the Lamplighter out front before sunset was a special bonus, along with the adorable resting gnome."

"Das erste Zimmer hatte einen Wasserschaden und war sehr abgelebt. Auf Kulanz wurde uns ein anderes gegeben welches aber auch Schönheitsmänfel hatte. Für den Preis darf man anderes erwarten. Das Personal im gastronereich würden wir mit einer 4 von 10 Punkten bewerten. Viele Kleine und große Dinge haben einfach nicht gepasst bzw. es wurde nicht darauf geachtet."
