"Beautiful hotel. Great location beside the park and only a few minutes from the main square. Spa area has sauna, steam room, cold plunge and jacuzzi, was quiet and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and gave recommendations for sightseeing, bars and restaurants."

"I am deeply disappointed with my stay at the Radisson Blu Wroclaw. For a 5-star property, the experience was sub-standard, and I will not be returning. Upon arrival, I was assigned an unrequested accessible room. When I questioned this, the front desk staff were dismissive, offering a "take it or leave it" attitude because the hotel was full. This set a very poor tone. The room itself suffered from obvious maintenance and quality control failures: the shower rail was loose and repeatedly fell off, the number '8' on the safe was broken (making it completely untrustworthy), and it lacked standard 5-star amenities like a shaving mirror. I chose not to raise these issues on-site because the initial check-in process was so laborious and unwelcoming. I had no desire to waste my personal time highlighting their deficiencies, nor did I want the intrusion of maintenance staff in my room to fix things that should have been checked before my arrival. Both check-in and check-out were tedious and slow. The entire experience left such a bad taste that I actively avoided using any hotel facilities. I didn't spend a penny in the hotel, choosing instead to get up and leave first thing every morning to spend my time and money in Wrocław. A 5-star hotel should not rely on its guests to act as maintenance inspectors. Far from a luxury experience."
