Cari Hotel di Los Cabos

"Excellent property Excellent people food service."

"Hyatt Ziva is a bit of a dated property but overall very friendly and attentive staff. The service at all the restaurants and poolside was excellent. The food is average but to be expected for an all inclusive. Very family friendly and lots of pools to choose from. Overall a good stay but rooms and property could be updated given the price point."

"Clean room, clean pool. Grateful for opportunity"

"Staff and resort were very accommodating and made us feel extra special for Carlitos 40th bday! Will be back soon"

"This is an amazing resort, super clean, helpful stuff, beautiful views! It's great to relax at this place - But 3 things that we did not like A) absolutely zero entertainment, not even a piano bar in the eve, there is nothing to do and it's too far from everything to go have fun in the evening. After few days it becomes very boring B) complete absence of the beach, I mean you can't even wet your feet in the ocean C) continental breakfast is just a fruit bowl, juice, cookie and coffee..I mean...

"Fantastic staff, beautiful and clean resort, good food and drinks. Our butlers Omar and Edwin went above and beyond with anything we needed. Spa was incredible as well."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Paradisus. The hotel was amazing, great food, great drinks and wonderful and polite staff who greeted us and helped us everyday. We very much enjoyed our time and will definitely be back again."

"Un lugar muy lindo con unas playas hermosas y sus paisajes de ensueño."

"Room: the room itself was clean, they left a note in the bathroom that said they would be in to change the sheets every three days fine. The housekeeper was in our room up to 3x a day. Why. Not changing the towels, then turn down service, unnecessary. I didn’t like how they were in the room multiple times a day. Also they knocked on our door at 3 and tried to get in. The last night we got food poisoning and what do you think is worse than sharing a toilet? The toilet not working. They had no...

"I asked for clean sheets on the first day, their ac is outdated and the rooms feel humid, I would never come back, some staff in the restaurant could be really rude (Luis) however some can be really kind and helpful. In general, if you look like their ideal customer, you might not get the all-star service. They really prioritize a certain kind of customer and don't treat all customers the same. The hotel itself is nice; it is an older property. The beach is very nice."

"Great property. on a smaller side.. though provided a very intimate setting for our stay."

"Wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel. Personal und Essen war einfach weltklasse"

"At check in they were trying to give me a king bed even though I booked two queens traveling with a friend. The rate was a deluxe ocean which should say mostly pool view and partial ocean. Then the room flooded late at night from the rain and was in puddles all over the entire floor and on our beds. They tried to push back on finding a room and gave me a room with a worse view. They told me to speak with the manager on compensation and when I did she said she had no notes and wouldn’t do...

"Deliciosa la comida aunque es buffet parece que cada platillo está hecho por un chef para ocasión especial"
