"The view of the volcano was amazing. The staff were great, the location was great for the hikes that we wanted to do. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a great stay and paid a fair value for a beautiful room with lake and volcanos view. It is true the hotel needs some updating, specially in tje exterior pool, garden and painting. Some interior details were already updated and very nice. We loved the reading room, the poems along the walls and the corridors lights."
