"Yes I was late for 9.00pm check in , but the pub was supposed to be open to 10Pm which it was not. Did not answer initial messages about a refund and refused a refund after Expedia called to request one. Make you own mind up what kind of place this is. "

"The cleaners - My gosh, were excellent I mean the ones that cleaned my room. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
