"Excelente serviço e atendimento, equipe muito bem treinada, instalações bem cuidadas e bonitas, tudo muito organizado e limpo, e a decoração é linda. A equipe de safári é ótima, abrange em uma area enorme, umas das melhores da região para ver animais. Refeiçoes e bebidas de excelente qualidade, jantar a la carte sofisticado. O Boma foi bom, ótimas carnes no fogo, porém faltou uma decoração, a música, a representação da cultura local. Teria criado uma experiência especial. O Kapama poderia fazer...

"O quarto estava impecável, limpeza maravilhosa, quando saia para ir para os safaris sempre voltava com o quarto organizado. Equipe nem sem fala a recepção, os atendentes do restaurante. O motorista do Game (Prem ) super atencioso, fez de tudo para conseguirmos ver os % big five e conseguimos. Perfeito sem defeitos. "

"There was a slight lack of attention to detail. There was some rubbish in the corridor and it was still there 3 days later. When I got a table in the restaurant I was put on a table with no serviettes or cutlery. In the end I had to take the ones from a nearby table. The buffet breakfast and evening meals were very reminiscent of an all inclusive resort. Also its location is a bit too far away from the town to be able to walk to the local restaurants "

"De merveilleux safari avec des rangers au top, un établissement fantastiquement bien placé pour voir des animaux entre deux games du lodge, du restaurant, de la piscine ! Cela ne s'arrête jamais. Les lodges sont ultra confortables. En revanche il devrait changer d'ERP comptable car les problèmes de facturation cela entachent les vacances, même si tout fini par être résolu à la fin."

"What a fantastic stay st the AM! We were given a large house of our own with its own swimming pool! The staff were excellent and the food by chef Ana was delicious!! Fresh, tasty and she made vegan for me and healthy for my traveling partner!! The animal guides were knowledgable and we saw many animals during the morning and evening drives. Then the boat cruise through the nearby canyon was fabulous!"

"The reserve was stunning. Saw plenty of wildlife despite relatively low game density. The food was great considering the size of the buffet. The property was nice but maybe too modern for a true safari experience. I was most disappointed that it wasn’t as family friendly as advertised. The child center was under construction, the pools were not heated, there were no activities for young children nor was there food catered towards young children. "

"Hotel é bom, achei todo de muito boa qualidade , quarto royal que ficamos é bem espaçoso e bem decorado, algumas ressalvas em relação ao ar condicionado que durante o dia não da conta e creio que deveria ter cortina no banheiro e na porta principal para dar mais privacidade, assim como uma divisoria na ducha externa para a mesma finalidade. Melhor do hotel são os funcionários extremamente prestativos e educados, nosso mordomo sempre muito atencioso e cuidando dos horários das refeições e...
