"We liked the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the view is nice of the bay. My only compliant is when I went to order a tea at the bar to take up to our room - they insisted to bring it up as room service and charge me a lot for room service, which was ridiculous. Most hotels would let you purchase a coffee or drink and bring it up to your room.
It is a great place to start your walk to Portofino and it has lots of restaurants within walking distance."

"Balcony was beautiful and we could sit and look at the view. Great location for eh central downtown you could walk in either direction and get to quick places to eat and shop. Loved being close to the water and staff was helpful and friendly."
