"Let me say it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Our dive master Jack was fantastic. If you dive request him. Dewa the chef at Arigato was fantastic and a delight to watch cook Teppinyaki. And let’s not forget Vinush the server at Tempo. He was always smile and delightful. The air conditioning was ice cold. The showers were wonderfully hot. The entire experience was just fantastic."

"We miss this beautiful resort already! All the staff are amazing, our host Shaamau, awesome GM, buggy rider, all the waiters, chefs at all the 4 restaurants, diving team, room cleaner, room service, art class teacher, reception, IT engineer, security, DJ, Fire man, spa team and the photographer. Special thanks to fantastic Shakhawat for proving us a very special departure dinner at our last evening there at the italian restaurant Onda and taking care of us so well. Breakfast was geat, delicious restaurant, beautiful overwater villa, fun activitites, magical spa and wonderful house reef snorkeling with turtles, mantas, nursesharks etc. Very well maintained, clean and Amazing resort with the greatest people! We are really happy that we picked The Standard as our first Maldives resort and honeymoon destination❤️🌅 and highly recommend it."

"Stunning hotel with great facilities. The water villa was immaculately cleaned daily with an extra turn down service at night which was nice. Mini bar stocked with wine, beer and soft drinks. Would have been nice to have a choice of red or white wine and have the option to change some of the soft drinks for extra beers. Seaplane transfer was great is though a little hot to start with. The only things that I would say that let it down was the mis communication regarding our pick up as no one was there to greet us and some of the pool staff where not always on the ball but this didn't help with the fact that they did seem short staffed. The person in charge of towels was hardly ever there and had to get our own. Had 3 speciality meals, one in The Village which was lovely, the third night in Mizu which was just ok as the meals were very salty. The last night was in Ampersand and this was amazing especiallywith food as well as service. I would definitely recommend the hotel "

We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are incredibly grateful to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. A special thank you to Alam at Turquoise Restaurant for thoughtfully accommodating our dietary needs each day, and to the whole restaurant team for their outstanding hospitality and friendly interactions. We would also like to extend our appreciation to Ayushi for the wonderful yoga sessions and to Lhamo for the relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience. "They really try to make your time there enjoyable. We did the all inclusive which I would highly recommend. The activities are booked when you arrive although our villa attendant booked 2 activities before we arrived on his own initiative. The activities are certain times and days so you might not do some. We only did the buffets and did not pay extra for the à la carte restaurants. The buffet was plenty of food and a good variety. We were there for 4 nights and the à la carte restaurants special is for 5+ nights! The overwater Dheru villa was wonderful! They park bicycles outside your door for transportation option. You can also arrange to be picked up or walk. Snorkeling off the villa was great. We also enjoyed the reef snorkeling trip but if not a great swimmer, wear the life jacket. A very pleasant experience!"

Reethi Faru Resort

"Reethi Faru is a true beauty with an unspoilt feel. There are tall palms, lush vegetation, colourful flowers, and a powdery ribbon of white sand around the whole island. Everything is well kept and very clean. Staff is welcoming and friendly, they are a great asset to the resort. My garden villa was of a generous size, loved the comfy large bed and the half-open bathroom. Food was of high standard consistently, the buffet was really varied and plentiful. The island provides a good balance between serenity and being active and bit more social, can do both. There are quiet spots, but also activities on offer. Personal highlights were the incredible spa - very high quality treatments and professional therapists at this beautiful facility - and the manta ray snorkelling trip. I do hope to be back some day! And in the meantime, absolutely recommend to visit, it’s just the right place for a wonderful Maldivian experience. "

"where do i even start? after dreaming of the maldives for half my life, i finally got to go. komandoo exceeded my expectations. crystal clear water, yummy food. and while the whole point was the water, the service really stood out. faisal is the best room attendant who kept my room spotless and was just so kind. kaleem was the server who kept my water flowing and was just so nice. ranjith was the star of the chefs with his excellent cooking and kindness. also thank you to the reception for making my sandbank adventures possible! everyone went above and beyond ! bravo, komandoo! "
