"The rooms are old - I do not like the beds because it is not a 5-star feel including the pillows, Room smells cigarette even if they said they do nor have any smoking rooms. There's no vallet parking available unlike H15. It is not a 5-star hotel. For me it is a 3-star based on my experiences with other 5 stars. "

"The room was spotless, the shower pressure was very good with plenty of hot water. The bathroom had all that you needed for shaving kits, combs, to lotion, shampoo and shower gel.
We were staying in an delux room and were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco. Very nice touch!
If you needed reservations to anything, the concierge will make them for you. Even for restaurant are booked ❤️.
The location can’t be beat."
