"I always trying to book this hotel on my long way to home.This hotel is giving me 100% chance to sleep well, eat a good quality food and stay in very convenient area, which is cover all my needs during the journey. The staff is always very friendly and nice. Everyone is ready to help. Only one thing made me disappointed during my last stay is significant price rises for the room and dinner in the Ibis Restaurant. I would like to have some discounts for return customers. I will choose Ibis...

"It was a lovely beautiful hotel.very comfy beds and Pillows .water could be warmer for the shower ,because it was in the centre of town and I am a tourist in Krakow I found it difficult using tram to get there but the tram or bus stops at the hotel ,if anyone using tram it’s number 5 and bus 125 gets you to the hotel from krakow glowny,can’t really comment on breakfast as did not eat there but had drinks there and the staff and receptionist are very helpful ,they even booked me a taxi very early...

"The breakfast at the hotel is not bad but compared with everywhere else we ate, was overpriced. After the first day of breakfast at the hotel, we found lots of amazing bakeries nearby at much better value. We loved having the complementary tea and coffee in the hotel lobby which was a comfortable place to relax between excursions. The hotel bar was great, good value and excellent service. "

"We stayed 4 nights at the hotel . The location is perfect close to everything only 3 min walking to the main plaza a lot of restaurants close by .Kate at the front desk did an amazing job. This is boutique hotel we booked a jr suite with a double bed and sofa bed . Breakfast was amazing. Thank you "
