"Excellent hotel, lovely staff, great location."

"There was no breakfast in the hotel even though it was mentioned in hotel information. There was a lot wrong information about the hotel. Hotel hasn't updated the information and I booked the hotel based on this wrong information. And hotel did not do anything, hotel blamed other parties from giving me wrong information. But it is always hotels responsibility that there are right information about the hotel and the services avaivable. So I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Perfect location in the old town, less than 2 minutes walk to the shops, 5 minutes to the square and easy access to the castle. Staff exceptionally helpful, room spotless and very comfortable and breakfasts were fab. Perfect stay."
