"I gave the staff a 4 star rating as the website says they can organise day trips to the Auschwitz-Birkenau memorial and the Wieliczka Salt Mine. On booking our accommodation nearly a year ago we emailed for assistance with these bookings and they said they could not do it!...even though the website says they can. On registering to the accommodation their brochures say they can do these bookings!!...yet they couldn't help us with nearly a year's notice! But in saying that we did enjoy staying at...

"The beds are very comfortable and the food at Hours is delicious. The rooms generally face inwards to the garden so you don’t hear the chaos from city center. We had a difficult check-in and didn’t find the front-desk staff helpful or caring, even though we had booked a suite for 5 nights. We were placed to wait in the garden while our room was being prepared and given menus to have something to eat or drink while we waited. No one attended to us for the hour we waited and when we finally went...

"Beautiful rooms. Felt very luxury and modern. Clean. Great ameneities like a coffee machine.
Staff were lovely. We had a surprise upgrade and they amended the beds for myself and my sister effortlessly.
Would book again completely."

"Amazing center location; walkable to city attractions, very friendly, accommodating staff. Amazing, great breakfast. Good pool, jacuzzi, spa if you want to unwind your day in the evening. Rooms are spacious, hotel is exclusive with small number of rooms; don’t miss out on this hotel if you are planning to visit Krakow"

"Krakow is a walkable city, and this hotel provides a very good base; just a ten minute walk to the main square. Rooms are not large, but fine. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom well equipped. The breakfast was excellent with an exceptional selection of food that should meet all tastes."
