"Have stayed at this amazing place before - a little further out than we wanted - but the price was worth it! Had a quiet 'basement room' for 2 nights. It was very clean and pleasant throughout and still had a window view to the ground level, which we weren't expecting. Warm, cosy and comfortable , plenty of plugs, tea/coffee facilities and hair dryer. Shower piping hot with plenty of complimentary products, clean towels and comfy bed. We tried the buffet breakfast for 1 morning - Set out...

"Check in was perfect Alex was great, she showed us were our room was and booked a taxi for us. Room was perfectly spotless and great view of the gardens. Also had food in the restaurant again was outstanding. The faciluties are fantastic. We will be back to stay would definiyely book for a spa weekend. "

"Room was tidied when we went to breakfast. Breakfast choices were good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Dining in the evening was very good and they were very helpful with portions as we had our granddaughter with us aged 8"

"Room spotless, the best staff i could ask for was all so lovely, bed was so comfortable i didnt want to leave. And breakfast was so worth it and really nothing was a problem when asked to make somwthing different for my daughter and had so much for allergies etc. "

"Lovely hotel inside, not to easy on the eye from the outside though. Double room, 2 x queen beds, very spacious. Friendly, helpful staff on check in and the following morning. Willingly kept our luggage in a secure room for us upon checkout. Breakfast was first class as was the team of waiting staff."
