"I didn't dislike anything everything was how I expected.."

The hotel location is fantastic, the staff that are present are wonderful, the rooms are a very nice size & the balcony is adequate, the view is amazing… each day we spotted tons of birds, dolphins, a turtle and a manatee! The rooms, however, could use decor refreshing and the food/service could be upgraded. "Mostly enjoyed the stay, but it was just too loud all day and they nickel and dime you for Chairs umbrellas parking and towels. The air was not wonderful"

"The staff members were all so hospitable, helpful, and friendly! The room was clean, smelled great and was the perfect size and set-up for what we were looking for. The only thing I didn't like was how loud it was in our room. The design of the hotel makes for a lot of echoing in the breezeways, and we were by the elevator, which was pretty loud. But overall, that wasn't a dealbreaker. We still loved our stay."

"The room was infected of german roashes. The build was dirty and old, the elevator was broken. The place looks horrible, it need to tear it down and rebuild it. The pictures you see it does not are similar to the reality. The only good thing is the location. I would not recommend this place to nobody."

"Decent. Not the worst, not the best. Great beach location but lots of terrible parking lots with no room and one entrance/exit. Friendly but forgetful staff. Pool was fine but a little dirty. The bottom level shops were cool, good options. Won’t be back but don’t regret it."

"When looking over the balcony all you see is over grown trees and down below is trash. The elevator was between two buildings and you had to walk to the opposite end just to get to your room. Also the beach is across the street not on the property."

"We had a wonderful stay! The Lazy River was a hit with everyone in the family. I’m 72ys old and loved sliding down the tube slide wth my grandsons! The staff at the front desk were accommodating and friendly and professional! We try to stay every summer and always enjoy the wonderful amenities!!"
