"Staff team was very courteous, unfortunately room was not what we expected. Lots of ants that we woke up to in our bed and on the floor at 5 am. "After many years of staying in Beirut, I finally found a hotel that I never hesitate to book again. I’ve stayed here several times and always choose the Executive Room. The hotel itself and the staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very clean, and overall the service is excellent. Every stay has been pleasant and relaxing.
