"We were not advised that the property was currently undergoing renovations. Getting to your room or other areas of the hotel was extremely inconvenient. We had to catch the elevator to the third floor and then walk down the back stairs in order to reach our room located on the first floor. There was no parking in the area where our room was located because there was building materials and debris everywhere. "

"Nice big room, clean bathroom, and friendly helpful staff. Just two strikes (1) no soap in shower, there was shampoo & conditioner but not soap. It’s not like the soap was empty, there was no canister for it. (2) Breakfast offering was a little weak compared to most choice hotels, but we made do except for the coffee. The cups were TINY!"

If you’re looking for fancy frills, that is not the place for you but if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, safe place to stay when you’re in Hershey, this is the place for you. "Great staff.... We stayed in a king room with accessible bath and it was comfortable, even had TWO chairs! So many places we stay at only have one chair so a couple can't really sit and talk, have coffee, etc unless someone sits on the bed.. so we appreciated that. "
