"The area in the lobby the tables were dirty . The room was clean , those door signs are flimsy and fell off. Pool area was very very hot ."

"The staff was very friendly. Yes it does have some worn out carpets in room, but otherwise all is clean and functional. Pool DOES NOT have slide. It seems as pool area was redone, pool is not big and many kids were present having fun there. I was dreading since i booked before I read reviews and read them when it was to late to cancel. But it was a pleasant stay, I stayed 1 night with 4 kids."

"The property is getting renovated. The shower has no door, which is odd. Not sure if it’s because they’re still renovating or if it’s intentional. It steamed up the entire bathroom and hallway because there’s also no vent fan. The sheets were old and no elastic and kept coming off the bed. No one wants to touch a gross mattress. Staff was just ok, not really friendly. "

"There was something either chemical or organic in Room 214. Both my sister and I experience severe vertigo, headaches and general feeling of not feeling well. When we left the building the first day, we felt better. The second night the above mentioned symptoms worsened. The second morning, after the leaving the building, we both didn't recover as well. We decided to forfeit the 3rd night and go home. We are still both having problems with vertigo. I'm having more severe vertigo. Neither of us...

"Breakfast was OK,"

"Nice big room, clean bathroom, and friendly helpful staff. Just two strikes (1) no soap in shower, there was shampoo & conditioner but not soap. It’s not like the soap was empty, there was no canister for it. (2) Breakfast offering was a little weak compared to most choice hotels, but we made do except for the coffee. The cups were TINY!"

"This is the best hotel in Hershey. It has everything you can imagine. Always on my list for when I go to Hershey. "

"We have stayed here many times. This was by far the most disappointing stay. Mainly, the complimentary breakfast. It was simply, awful. It opens 7am-10am. We arrived at 8am: two hard and stale pancakes, no scrambled eggs, no yogurt, one banana, no bagels, no hardboiled eggs. These were all things we've enjoyed & appreciated int he past. What a let down."
