"Manager was nice and super understanding when we asked to change rooms from a noisy neighbor. The second floor balcony was so warped and felt like you would fall through. Some of the wood bent and you could see where they just patched previous holes. The towels were all a gross yellow color and not white at all. The cleaning lady kept walking into our room 5x!!!! Never knocked. Finally the 5th time my partner and I were in the middle of….activities……and she just opens the door and make direct...
