"El personal es muy amable y voluntarioso. Las instalaciones generales son feas, de apariencia descuidada. El wifi tiene inconvenientes y la luz suele cortarse pero es algo habitual en la isla y no un problema del hotel. Las habitaciones son limpias, dignas, con ropa de cama aceptable y relativamente cómodas. La ubicación es practica a mitad de camino entre el ferry y la playa. No es un establecimiento memorable ni tampoco un desastre. Solo un lugar de precio accesible que no es lindo ni pretende...

"The worse family vacation I had. This Cabañas (if you can call them that) don’t have walls, floor and their palm tree ceilings have whole where the rain goes trough. Add all this to a horrible costumer service. I saw a snake near the table when we were eating and the mosquitos are a nightmare. No air conditioning and when I beg them to please refund me the two last nights of the week I booked after suffering for 5 days, they told me that wasn’t possible. Please never go there. "
