"We had an absolutely magical stay at the Fairmont Mont-Tremblant. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless — attentive, warm, and professional at every touchpoint. The location is unbeatable: everything is truly walking distance, from skiing and snowboarding to restaurants, shops, and the charming village atmosphere. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean, with an incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows — we slept so well every night. After full days on the slopes, it felt like the perfect place to relax and unwind. The food was another highlight. The 7th-floor VIP lounge was exceptional — unbelievable breakfast each morning, lovely afternoon tea, and delicious appetizers before dinner. Having these offerings included truly elevated the entire experience. A very special thank-you to Michael, the VIP lounge manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He arranged everything we needed, was always checking in, and even personally drove us to our tour one morning when taxis were unavailable. The complimentary shuttles and his genuine kindness made such a difference — he truly made us feel taken care of. This was the perfect winter getaway in every way. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and would absolutely return without hesitation."
