"Sauber Zimmer, nettes Personal"

"Wir hatten insgesamt eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben 13 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wir hatten ein Swim-up-Zimmer mit Meerblick, das optisch wirklich sehr schön war. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Zimmer zu wünschen übrig. Die Reinigungskraft hat nur oberflächlich geputzt und lediglich kurz durchgewischt. Außerdem kam aus der Dusche kaum Wasser. Das Boxspringbett war für uns die reinste Katastrophe: Bereits nach wenigen Minuten sind die Topper komplett verrutscht und die Matratze war...

"Ruhig gelegene, wunderschöne Anlage. Großer Außenpool und viel Grünfläche. Abwechslungsreiches Buffet mit tollem Service und sehr gutem Essen. Eine gute Bar mit qualitativ hochwertigen Getränke- und Weinsortiment. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und liebenswert."

"Tolle Anlage, besonders der Poolbereich ist unglaublich. Die Lage ist wunderschön und auch fußläufig zum Ort. Die Zimmer wunderschön. Das Einzige was nicht passt ist das Essen. Buffet zwar sehr schön angerichtet aber geschmacklich sehr langweilig und keine große Auswahl. Entspricht nicht einmal annähernd dem Standard welches es haben sollte. Personal teilweise sehr nett und zuvorkommend aber gerade im Rezeptionsbereich kein 5 Sterne Niveau."

"Wunderschöne, grüne Anlage. Toller Blick auf die Bucht. Ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten im Strandbereich, gut verteilt auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Wassersportmöglichkeiten vorhanden, natürlich preislich teurer als am Nachbarstrand in Elounda. Ausgezeichnetes Abendessen in den à l carte Restaurants, Service war jedoch teilweise etwas langsam/unaufmerksam. Deep Blue Bungalow mit eigenem Pool: Der Pool war sehr groß mit tollem Ausblick. Jedoch entsprach das Zimmer leider nicht den Abbildungen....

"Stunning property and staff all amazing. Very hilly so need to be fit to get around or have a car. Suites lovely, breakfast plentiful and tasty. Beach club about 10 mins away in complimentary shuttle bus. It’s quite far from Elounda town so we drove in each night. Would be great if hotel had a shuttle bus to take you there. Everything was fabulous and definitely good value for money"

"Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. It was also extremely cold temperature. Also, the plumbing was awful so our room smell like sewer the entire stay. I reported this to staff...

"We had a great experience at the Phaea Blue hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in virtually new condition. Food was excellent and the private beach, though pebbles (not sand) is very convenient. Wouldn't hesitate to return."

"I would not agree with the hotel having 5 stars, I think it is a proper 4 star hotel. They lie about having a gym and a sauna: the gym is a 3x3 meters room that has 2 machines and that is it, useless to be honest, while the sauna is only accessible if you take a massage, which costs 80-500 eur depending on the massage. If you want to make use of a gym and a sauna during your vacation, this hotel does not have that option. In addition, our first night we did not have blinds in our room, so we...
