The breakfasts are delicious and brought directly to the villa We had a lovely holiday here and would really recommend Pleiades Villas. Our only slight disappointment was that the villas were 3 miles away from where Expedia said they were!! The staff were extremely helpful to assist us in communicating with Expedia however. "

"Excellent hotel, helpful & friendly staff. Food very good - great breakfast and good variety of evening restaurants. Walking distance to Elounda town for local restaurants and bars, and boat trips. We would definitely recommend and go back in the future. Maybe not ideal for those with limited mobility as large and spacious hotel on a number of levels with limited lift access."

"This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The room was a good size and we were upgraded to a sea view top floor which was great as we werent overlooked in the hot tub. The pool area was fantastic, lots of beds, spacious, very comfy and gorgeousness infinity pools. We didnt use the al a carte restaurant but the buffet was great, varied and we were impressed that the head chef gave us a personal tour so we knew what the vegan options were. Thank you...

"Τhe room was excellent, very modern and recently renovated but the rest of the property needs renovation. The pool had problems with the paint that was pilling off and the surrounding tiles were slippery. The stuff was very polite and helpful. The lack of parking space is a thing that should be solved."

"The staff is really amazing, we can’t thank enough for making my wife and I feel like we’re at home. The point that we didn’t like that much was the bathroom in our room, a little bit small with a small cabin shower, no individual hygiene products such as shampoo or bathing gel and there was no much attention to the fact of refilling the products available.
